As a registered charity we continue to run social care projects to support carers of disabled children, adults and the elderly, reduce social and rural isolation through various interventions and provide support and advice to individuals and not for profit organisations through its Volunteering Centre.
Led by an Executive Committee of volunteer Trustees, the day to day running of the is managed by the Chief Officer, who is responsible for achieving their goals. Our vision, delivered through the Business Plan 2011/13 will enable us to:
deliver: services that meet identified needs for people in the community
partner: with organisations from not for profit, public and private sectors, to ensure the needs of communities are met
enable: individuals to respond to and deliver community and social needs, through a wide range of volunteering opportunities
